Based on the information currently available, suspicious messages have been sent to some guests associated with reservations meeting the following conditions:

• Reservations made on or before September 21, 2026
• Reservations with a stay date on or after September 21, 2026

At this time, Temairazu, Inc. is continuing its investigation into the specific types of information that may have been viewed or obtained, as well as the extent of the potential impact.

Please Beware of Suspicious Messages

Suspicious messages impersonating hotels or reservation websites have been reported through messaging services such as WhatsApp and WeChat, as well as via email and SMS.

These messages may request actions such as:

• Confirming or completing your accommodation reservation
• Re-entering your credit card information
• Making an urgent payment or money transfer
• Accessing suspicious websites

If you receive such a message, please take the following precautions:

• Do not open any URLs or links included in the message.
• Do not enter your credit card or personal information.
• Do not reply to suspicious messages.
• Do not make any payments or money transfers as instructed by the message.

Please note that our hotel will never suddenly ask you to re-enter your credit card information or make an urgent payment or money transfer via WhatsApp, WeChat, SMS, or similar messaging services.

If you need to confirm your reservation details, please contact our hotel directly or the official customer support of the reservation website through its official channels. Please do not reply to suspicious messages or use any links provided in them.

If You Have Entered Your Credit Card Information

If you have entered your credit card information or other personal information on a suspicious website, please contact your credit card company immediately and consult with them regarding your card usage and any necessary procedures.

According to the announcement by Temairazu, Inc., the “TEMAIRAZU” series does not handle or store credit card information, and no credit card information is stored within the system.
